A soft to hard white cheese made from cow's milk. Named after the natural port of Mahón on the island of Minorca off the coast of Spain.

Valdeon

Blend of cow's & goat's milk blue cheese from Leon, Spain

Manchego

Sheep's milk cheese of the La Mancha region of Spain. Aged three to six months with a sweet and nutty flavor.

San Simón

Cow's milk cheese, from Galicia, Spain. Smoked over birch wood, for mild delicate smokiness.

Cow's milk, semi-soft, washed rind, mild cheese from Italy
