A soft to hard white cheese made from cow's milk. Named after the natural port of Mahón on the island of Minorca off the coast of Spain.

Manchego

Sheep's milk cheese of the La Mancha region of Spain. Aged three to six months with a sweet and nutty flavor.

Rich, bold and Spicy sheep's milk blue cheese from La Mancha, Spain

Pantaleo

Aged goats milk cheese from Sardegna, Italy. Semi-firm, salty sweet flavor with a clean floral finish

Jamón Serrano

Spain's iconic country ham. Literally translated, serrano means "mountains". Madre from the landrace breed of white pig.

Coppa

Made using the muscle starting at the neck of the hog. It is rubbed with paprika and dry cured.
